Appointments can be booked via our online booking tool. This service has been set up to alleviate long phone waits for you as a patient and help alleviate the time consuming phone calls that our reception staff have to take and allow them to spend more time on patient care.
It is a simple as requesting the date and time of the appointment. Once the request is received at our office an email reply will be sent giving you your appointment details. All then that needs to be done is confirm the appointment by clicking the confirmation button and the appointment is then confirmed.
Please note the following details regarding this service
- Please do not use this service for emergency bookings. If there is a medical emergency please call he office
- Please allow 1 business day for the booking to be processed. Most times the request will be quicker than this
- Our staff will always try to accommodate the time of the request
- We will always send a confirmation of the booked appointment. If you do not received this, please assume that the appointment is NOT booked
- By pressing the the confirmation request your appointment will confirmed
- A charge will be incurred for failure to not show up for your appointment without sufficient notice as per our uninsured service billing guidelines
